Strengthening Strategic Management in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry

As a capacity building activity and in view of supporting the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry better prepare for EU integration, a strategic management workshop was organized on May 1. The Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry, Mrs. Ludmila Catlabuga and her senior management benefitted from the workshop focused on strengthening strategic management competencies and more efficient processes and approaches in the agriculture administration.

The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Werner Wutscher, a seasoned strategic management expert with decades of leadership experience in both, the public administration and the private sector. His insights were instrumental in guiding discussions around modern administration approaches, efficiency improvements, and the development of concrete solutions tailored to the Moldovan context.
