Capacity building and institutional reform
Capacity building and training measures aim to strengthen the Moldovan Agricultural Ministry’s (MAIA) capacities in the field of programming and monitoring of the agricultural policy in preparation of the EU accession process
- Institutional reform: Revision of the organizational chart of MAIA in accordance with the EU acquis and identification of staff needs
- Rapid assessment of sub-ordinated agency AIPA (Agency for Interventions and Payments in Agriculture)
- Supporting the establishment of a Chamber of Agriculture and the necessary organization and capacity
