Nicolae Malic is a legal expert with extensive experience in the development of national policies and extensive working experience in Moldovan government institutions.

For 11 years, he served in various high-level positions in the Moldovan government (Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure, Agency for Development and Modernization of Agriculture) and participated in the EU adaptation of legislation in the agricultural and trade sectors (EU Association Agreement). In the past, Nicolae has been a member of various working groups on EU harmonization under the Association Agreement & Free Trade Agreement (DCFTA) as well as the Head of the Agricultural Development and International Cooperation Department.
